Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
6 hours

Who is this suitable for?

Employers have to complete a needs assessment in the  workplace for first aid requirements, and the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification satisfies the statutory HSE obligations of the employer for smaller and low risk workplaces.

If the needs assessment indicates that employees may be faced with life-threatening incidents where they have to manage the casualty for up to 10 minutes, or deal with very minor incidents that will not require medical assistance, then the EFAW would cover this.

Learning is as practical as possible, including scenarios, videos, group collaboration and a slideshow.
